Individualised Intervention Programme

Our Individualised Intervention Programme (IIP) offers personalised and customised learning delivered by a team of Skill Teachers and led by our trained, experienced Supervisors. This interdisciplinary approach integrates the expertise of Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Consultants, working closely with parents, caretakers, and specialists such as Developmental Paediatricians or Clinical/Educational Psychologists.

IIP is tailored to provide your child with a stimulating learning environment that nurtures foundational skills essential for different stages of life. Supervisors also collaborate with and support key stakeholders, including kindergartens, schools, colleges, or employers, to ensure holistic support. The ultimate goal of the programme is to empower children to achieve independence, aligned with their developmental stages and unique needs.

Our Individualised Intervention Programme begins with a thorough understanding of each child's unique strengths, interests, challenges, and learning styles. Through collaborative discussions with you, we establish specific, achievable goals tailored to your child's needs and aspirations, which are reviewed and refined on a monthly basis.

Based on these goals, we develop a personalised plan incorporating a variety of activities, strategies, and therapeutic interventions. This plan is carefully designed to address key areas such as communication, socialisation, self and emotional regulation, play skills, motor skills, self-help skills, and support cognitive development.

Throughout the programme, your child's progress is continuously monitored through monthly meetings with parents, regular meetings with stakeholders, regular assessments, observations, and constructive feedback. This collaborative approach ensures that everyone works together towards shared objectives and enables informed adjustments to the plan as needed. It fosters a collective and connected effort to support consistent progress for every child.
